Raised in the town of Dina near Jhelum, my early education took place across Mangla and Jhelum; an experience that grounded me in discipline, adaptability, and ambition from a young age. In 2004, I relocated to Islamabad to pursue my Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Riphah International University. Driven by a strong interest in leadership, innovation, and applied sciences, I later completed an Executive MBA and an M.Phil in Pharmaceutics, significantly expanding my academic and strategic perspective.
My professional career began in the pharmaceutical industry, where I worked as an industrial pharmacist and successfully scaled my business operations beyond conventional boundaries. This experience laid the foundation for my transition into the healthcare sector, where I went on to co-found two indoor hospitals—both of which continue to serve their communities with distinction, Alhamdulillah.
Recognizing a critical gap in Pakistan’s rapidly growing aesthetics industry, I pioneered the concept of structured, institutionalized aesthetic training. By introducing internationally aligned standards, I helped professionalize aesthetic education and made comprehensive, ethical training accessible nationwide. In parallel, I introduced the innovative Pakistan’s 1st Gynae-MedSpa; an integrated healthcare and wellness concept designed to provide women with a private, respectful, and comprehensive environment to address both medical and aesthetic needs under one roof.
At the core of my work is a commitment to redefining traditional healthcare spaces, moving beyond clinical rigidity toward environments that are nurturing, empowering, and patient-centric. My mission has always been to ensure that women, in particular, feel valued, respected, and confident in seeking care.

As Co-Founder of Shaafi International Hospital, I have been directly involved in the conceptualization, planning, and successful launch of a state-of-the-art multi-specialty indoor hospital since February 2013. From the initial architectural layout and infrastructure planning to operational execution and regulatory compliance, this journey has been a defining milestone in my healthcare leadership career.
A core component of my role was the meticulous design and development of the hospital’s operation theaters and sterile zones, executed in strict accordance with United States Pharmacopeia (USP) standards, including Class 100 cleanroom specifications. This rigorous adherence to international sterility and safety benchmarks was instrumental in meeting complex regulatory requirements and ensuring patient safety at the highest level.
These efforts culminated in the hospital receiving approval from the Human Organ Transplant Authority (HOTA), enabling the facility to legally and ethically perform renal transplant procedures. This achievement stands as a testament to our uncompromising commitment to quality, compliance, and clinical excellence.

As Co-Founder of Shaafi Hospital since December 2016, I have led the end-to-end design, development, and operationalization of a state-of-the-art indoor hospital facility in Rawat, Rawalpindi. Through disciplined planning, cross-functional coordination, and decisive execution, the facility was successfully brought from concept to full operational status within a six-month timeframe; a milestone that reflects strong project leadership and operational rigor.
By the grace of Allah, the hospital has evolved into a high-performing healthcare facility, serving a substantial patient volume on a daily basis. Fully equipped and operational operation theaters enable the hospital to manage a wide range of surgical and emergency cases, reinforcing our commitment to accessible, reliable, and comprehensive healthcare services for the surrounding community.
This initiative stands as a testament to my focus on infrastructure excellence, clinical readiness, and sustainable hospital operations. We continue to strengthen service delivery standards, enhance patient outcomes, and build institutional resilience; driven by a long-term vision of healthcare excellence and community impact.
As Founder of Lipo Clinic since February 2018, I have led the establishment and expansion of a multi-location aesthetic clinic network across Pakistan in strategic partnership with 3D Lifestyle. From inception to scale, my role encompasses overall business leadership, operational oversight, client experience strategy, marketing and promotions, and long-term business development.
Lipo Clinic was conceptualized with a clear objective: to introduce internationally advanced, evidence-based medical aesthetic procedures to the Pakistani market. Through our collaboration with 3D-Lipo (UK); a globally recognized leader in non-invasive body contouring and aesthetic technologies, we have successfully integrated FDA-approved, cutting-edge solutions for skin rejuvenation, fat reduction, hair removal, and skin tightening.

I began my professional career in the pharmaceutical industry in 2009 and spent nearly a decade with WISE Pharmaceuticals, progressing to the role of Manager Operations. During this tenure, I was responsible for ensuring stringent quality compliance, optimizing manufacturing efficiency, and institutionalizing robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational excellence across the facility.
My core responsibilities included the preparation and submission of complete product dossiers for new pharmaceutical formulations, strategic design and validation of sterile and non-sterile manufacturing layouts, and end-to-end execution of product development and scale-up processes. I played a key role in navigating complex regulatory pathways, successfully registering multiple products for manufacturing and securing ISO and cGMP certifications for the plant.
A defining aspect of my role was my involvement in establishing pharmaceutical manufacturing operations from the ground up. This included infrastructure planning, equipment qualification, documentation control, validation protocols, and final project execution, providing me with comprehensive exposure to pharmaceutical plant setup and compliance management.
This extensive hands-on experience laid the foundation for my transition into pharmaceutical consulting, where I continue to apply my technical, regulatory, and operational expertise to support manufacturing excellence and sustainable growth within the industry.
With a professional background spanning both pharmacy and entrepreneurship, I bring a practical, systems-driven perspective to pharmaceutical operations.
