As Co-Founder of Shaafi International Hospital since February 2013, I have had the privilege of conceptualizing and launching a state-of-the-art multi-specialty in-door hospital facility. From the initial layout to the current successful operation, I am proud of this accomplishment, Alhamdulillah.

A significant aspect of my role involved meticulously designing the hospital’s operation theaters, adhering to stringent criteria for sterile areas per United States Pharmacopoeia specifications of Class 100. This attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards played a pivotal role in securing approval from the Human Organ Transplant Authority.

As a result, our hospital facility is now authorized to conduct Renal Transplant Procedures, a testament to our dedication to meeting and exceeding regulatory standards in healthcare. I am grateful for the opportunity to have made a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry and look forward to continued success and growth.

As Managing Director of Shaafi Hospital since December 2016, I successfully spearheaded the design and establishment of a state-of-the-art indoor hospital facility in Rawat, Rawalpindi. Through meticulous planning and execution, we brought the facility to operational status within six months, and it has been thriving ever since, serving a significant number of patients daily.

Our hospital’s fully functional operation theaters are equipped to handle diverse surgical and emergency needs, demonstrating our commitment to providing comprehensive healthcare services to the local community. This endeavor reflects our dedication to meeting the healthcare demands of the area and contributing to the well-being of our patients. As Founder of Lipo Clinic since February 2018, I have successfully partnered with 3D Lifestyle to establish leading aesthetic clinics, expanding to multiple locations across Pakistan. My responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, addressing client needs, managing promotions, and driving business development.

As a Pharmacist, I began my journey in the pharmaceutical industry in 2009 and spent nearly a decade at WISE Pharmaceuticals, culminating in my role as Manager of Operations. During this time, I was dedicated to upholding stringent quality standards for pharmaceutical products, enhancing manufacturing efficiency, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational excellence.

My responsibilities as Manager of Operations included developing comprehensive dossiers for new pharmaceutical products, strategically designing layouts for sterile and non-sterile manufacturing sections, and executing the entire development process. I successfully navigated the regulatory landscape, registering new products for manufacturing and securing ISO and cGMP certifications for the manufacturing facility.

Throughout my tenure, I acquired expertise in establishing a pharmaceutical plant from the ground up, overseeing documentation, and executing final projects. My multifaceted background has equipped me to take on the role of a Pharmaceutical Consultant, where I continue to contribute my knowledge and skills to the industry.

With a wealth of experience spanning several years as a pharmacist and entrepreneur, I possess a unique understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. My experience at WISE Pharmaceuticals has provided me with the skills and expertise to excel in the field, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue making a meaningful impact in the industry.
